货币政策的竞争与合作—基于美欧日货币区的分析

摘　　要：基于一定假设的条件下,研究了国家间货币政策的相互作用。由于货币政策具有外溢效应,所以文章仔细讨论了政策间的竞争和政策合作,对于政策间的竞争,重点分析了美国的中央银行,欧洲央行和日本央行之间的竞争。对于政策的合作,重点分析的也是同样的机构。得出结论,这些国家货币政策之间的竞争与合作最终会导致充分就业和价格稳定。最后针对美欧日货币政策的竞争与合作,提出了对我国经济发展的启示。Based on some assumed conditions, analyzed the monetary policy interactions between countries. Due to spillover effect of monetary policy, this paper detailed discussed the policy competition and cooperation. As to policy competition, this paper focused on the competition between European central bank, American central bank, and Japanese central bank. As to policy cooperation, this paper focused on the same institutions. The writers concluded that monetary competition between those countries lead to full employ- ment and price stability, and monetary cooperation between those countries can also achieve full employment and price stability. At last, this paper analyzed the inspiration to China＇s economics development in the world based on the monetary policy cooperation by A- merica, Europe and Japan.
