边境农村地区劳务输出对家庭生活的影响探析——以云南省文山州为例

摘　　要：边境农村地区青壮年外出务工使其家庭生活模式发生改变,导致家庭生活残缺不全、家庭功能几近丧失,出现家庭成员关系紧张、家庭育儿养老缺失、家庭差距扩大、社会分化加剧、安全维护乏力、社会稳定压力增大等诸多问题。因此,需要通过设立专业机构、加强教育培训、完善配套服务、丰富建设资源等多种途径来有效改进边境农村地区劳务输出家庭的生活现状。The article presents that young adults＇ working outside frontier countryside makes family mode change, lead to the problems of incomplete family life, the nearly loss of family function, tension among family members, the loss of childcare and the old men＇s caring, family gap increase, social differentiation increase, lack of security and the increase of social stability. Therefore, migrant workers＇ family life status can be improved by establish professional organizations, strengthening education and training, perfecting matching-service and richening construction resources.
