摘　　要：在可持续发展观与和谐社会的整体思路下,社会政策的制定、实施以及社会发展的指标已经将生活质量作为一个重要的考察内容。由于女性在社会生活中扮演角色的多重性与复杂性,她们需要承担一些不同于男性的责任,包括社会、工作单位以及家庭等各个方面的责任。尤其是在社会多元化的今天,女性的生活质量问题已经引起了广泛关注。本文分别从制度和制度供给这两个方面来分析女性生活质量问题,以此来考察如何通过改进制度形成与作用机理以提高女性生活质量。Directed by the concept of sustainable development and harmonious society, life quality has been considered as an im- portant part in the formulation and implementation of social policies as well as indicators of social development. Unlike men, women need to take responsibility for society, workplace and family, etc. for their multiple and complex roles in social life. Therefore, the issues of women＇s life quality have aroused wide concern especially in today＇s pluralistic society. The paper analyzes the issues ofwomen＂ s lite quality trom two aspects of institution and institutional supply, in order to study how to improve women＇ s life quality by__means of making the formation and function mechanisms of institutions better.
