摘　　要：【目的】构建乳腺增生健康风险模型并评价模型平行效度和信度。【方法】采用国人健康风险评估问卷（CHRAQ）采集数据，按照主流计分方法，参考相关文献，构建乳腺增生健康风险模型；采用平行效度、克兰巴赫系数、Spearmam Brown系数、重测信度评价模型效度和信度。【结果】选取CHRAQ中15个项目，构建乳腺增生健康风险模型。模型得分服从正态分布。乳腺增生健康风险模型得分与彩色超声检查结果Spearman等级相关系数为0．524（P〈0．001）。乳腺增生健康风险模型的克兰巴赫a系数、Spearman—Brown系数、重复测量信度分别为0．791、0．868、0．824（P〈0．001）。【结论】借鉴健康风险模型主流计分方法和经典平行效度、信度评价方法，构建了乳腺增生健康风险模型。乳腺增生健康风险模型平行效度和信度较好，在健康管理、健康教育、健康促进等领域具有较好的应用前景。[Objective] To construct the health risk model of mammary hyperplasia, and to evaluate the convergent validity and reliability of the model. [Methods] The data were collected by using Chinese Health Risk Appraisal Questionnaire（CHRAQ）. The health risk model of mammary hyperplasia was constructed with reference to the relevant literature. The model validity was evaluated by using convergent validity, and the re- liability was evaluated by using Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest relia- bility. [Results] The health risk model of mammary hypcrplasia was constructed through choosing 15 items of CHRAQ. The model scores followed the normal distribution. The correlation coefficient between the positive rate of ultrasonic examination of mammary hyperplasia and the model scores was 0. 524（ P 〈0. 001）. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient and test-retest reliability were 0. 791, 0. 868 and 0. 824, respectively（ P d0. 001）. [Conclusion] According to the mainstream scoring method of health risk model and the classical validity and reliability evaluation methods, the health risk model of mammary hyperplasia is constructed. The validity and reliability of the constructed model are good, and the model has a certain application prospects in the field of health management, education and promotion.
