循证护理在预防颅内多发动脉瘤围手术期并发症中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨循证护理在预防颅内多发动脉瘤围手术期常见并发症中的应用。【方法】对本科2009年1月至2010年12月25例颅内多发动脉瘤围手术期患者通过成立循证护理小组、确定循证问题、寻找循证支持进行循证护理。【结果125例颅内多发动脉瘤围手术期患者，仅一例偏瘫患者出现脑积水现象，余患者恢复良好。【结论】循证护理对颅内多发动脉瘤围手术期常见并发症的预防具有重要作用，而且可丰富护理人员的知识，进一步提高神经外科护理的专业性和技术性。[Objective] To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of perioperative complications of multiple intracranial aneurysms. [Methods] A total of 25 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms in the perioperative period in our department from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2010 were selected. All patients received evidence-based nursing through setting the team of evidence-based nursing, determining the problem of evidence basis and searching evidence-based support. [Results] Among 25 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms in the perioperative period, only one patients with hemiplegia had hydrocephalus, and others patients recovered well. [Conclusion]Evidence-based nursing plays an important role in the prevention of perioperative complications of multiple intracranial aneurysms. It can enrich the knowledge of the nurses and further improve the profession and technology of neurosurgical nursing.
