改良切口在锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折脱位中的应用价值

摘　　要：【目的】探讨改良切口在锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折脱位中的应用价值。[方法]69例锁骨远端骨折脱位患者按照不同切口方式分为改良组和传统组，传统组30例患者给予传统切口手术进行治疗，改良组39例患者给予改良切口手术治疗，比较两组手术优良率及并发症等。【结果】两组手术优良率、手术时间、并发症发生率比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；改良组切口长度、伤口愈合时间、术中出血量与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。【结论】改良切口与传统切口在锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折脱位中的疗效无差异，但改良切口手术创伤小，术后恢复快。[Objective] To explore the value of the modified incision in clavicular hook plate for the treat ment of distal clavicular fracture. [Methods] According to different incision, 69 patients with distal claviclar fracture were divided into the modified group and traditional group. The traditional group（n= 30） underwent traditional incision surgery, while the modified incision group（n= 39） underwent the modified incision surger y. The excellence rate and complications were compared between two groups. [Results] There was no signifi- cant difference in the excellence rate of surgery, operation time and complication rate between two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in the length of incision, wound healing time and intraoperative bleeding volume between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] There is no significant difference in the effica cy between the modified incision and traditional incision of clavicular hook plate for the treatment of distal clavicle fracture, but the modified incision surgery has small surgical trauma and faster postoperative recovery.
