摘　　要：根据熵值法来确定高校科研能力评价中各指标的权重,利用模糊优选模型对高校的科研能力进行评价.得到了各高校科研能力的评价等级以及按科研能力从强到弱的排序结果;评价结果较为客观、合理,便于相关部门进行决策时参考.In this paper, the orders of evaluation of research capability in colleges and their ranks from the strong to the weak are obtained, by using fuzzy optimization model to evaluate the capability in accordance with u- tilizing entropy evaluation method to judge the weight of indexes, and the result is comparatively objective and rea- sonable, and can be reference for decision.
