摘 要:文章介绍了生物接触氧化法在国内外的研究现状,阐述了生物接触氧化法处理效果的影响因素,展望了生物接触氧化法研究和发展的方向.文中以高县县医院污水为例,选择水力停留时间这一项至关重要的参数进行试验.通过改变水力停留时间测试最终处理水质与水力停留时间的关系.结果表明:COD Cr及BOD5的去除率随水力停留时间的延长而逐渐增大.当水力停留时间大于4 h,出水COD Cr及BOD5均达到《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》GB 18466-2006的排放要求;验证了医院污水处理设备化的可行性.4 h为本试验条件下最为经济的水力停留时间,为设备设计提供了可选参数.As a kind of purifying process of Bio - film methods, biological contact oxidation process has been widely used in domestic sewage and hospital wastewater treatment. The application and research state of biological contact oxidation process in wastewater treatment were summarized, the influence factors of its operation perform- ance were explained. A case of Gao County People hospital wastewater was made, hydraulic retention time (HRT) was chosen as an important experiment parameter to test the relationship between water quality and HRT. The results showed that the removal rate of BOD5, and CODCr was ascending with the increase of HRT using the contrast test of five different HRTs (2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h, respectively). When the HRT was more than 4h, the effluent BOD5, CODCr could meet the discharge standard (GB18466 -2005). In considering of raising the bio- degradability of effluent, 4h was recommended in this study and the feasibility of wastewater treatment equipment was verified. Finally, the direction of research and development for Biological contact oxidation process in treating hospital wastewater are put forward.
