摘 要:机床是一种典型的机械、液压、电气一体化协同控制的通用加工机床。其液压、电气配合时间的控制部分,且故障率高;故障现象多变,不易排除。PLC属于在电顺序的控制基础上完善和发展起来,它主要是依靠微处理器为核心,从而实现自动控制的一种装置。PLC在机床电气控制中应用,已完全取代了传统的机床电气控制中以继电器、接触器为主体的控制装备。充分利用PLC的可靠性和时间控制的精确性对其进行改造,可以获得理想的效果。本文从PLC与其它控制装置的比较出发,分析了组合机床的构成,对PLC在机床电器控制中的应用进行了阐述。the machine is a kind of typical mechanical,hydraulic, electrical integration of the coordinated control of general machine tools.With its hydraulic and electrical time control part,and the fallure rate is high:The fault phenomenon and changeful,is not easy to rule out. PLC is based on the order of electric control to improve and develop,it basically is to rely on the microprocessor as the core,so as to realize the automatic control of a device. PLC application in the machine tool electric control,has completely replaced the traditional machine tool electrical control in order to relay,contaetor control equipment as the main body. Make full use of the accuracy of the reliability of PLC and time control on the modification,can get ideal result. In this paper,starting from the comparison of PLC and ~ther control devices,analyses the composition of modular machine tool,the application of PLC in electric control machine tools are expounded.
