摘  要:采用从整体到局部,从整机到重要部件逐步展开的分析方法,研究了塑料垃圾精选机的总体功能,分析了破碎辊子、筛网、皮带及带轮、电机等关键部件的作用,探讨了其设计和选型方案,发现以风力分选为技术特征的塑料垃圾精选机能够完成塑料垃圾的破碎、传输、分选以及对不可回收垃圾的筛选。该精选机的开发对环保产业发展有着良好的促进作用,值得大力推广应用。另外,对精选机的核心工作部件——破碎辊子的静态和动态参数进行了研究,探讨了破碎辊子的结构几何参数、运动学参数以及辊齿的排列布置参数,在设计过程中应该合理匹配这些参数,以达到最优工作方式及最佳工作质量和最高工作效率。The general function of plastic garbage sorting machine was studied by the analysis method from the whole to the important parts step by step, the general function of plastic garbage sorting machine was studied. Meanwhile, the functions of the key component--crushing roller, belt and belt wheels and motor were analyzed. As a result, we found that the plastic garbage sorting machine characterized by wind sorting can complete the crushing, transmission, sorting of the plastic garbage and the screening of unrecyclable garbage. The development of the sorting machine has a good role in promoting the environmental protection industry, it is worth to popularize and apply. In addition, the static and dynamic parameters of core part of the sorting machine--crushing roller were studied, the structure and kinematics parameters, geometric parameters of the crushing roller and arrangement parameters of the roller teeth were discussed. In the design process, these parameters should be matched reasonably, in order to achieve the optimal operation mode, the best working quality and the highest efficiency .
