摘　　要：依法治校是推进依法治国基本方略的必然要求,加强高校合同管理,是推进依法治校的重要组成部分。受当前高校管理体制和其他主客观因素影响,高校在合同运用及管理中仍存在一些突出问题。高校管理者应建立经营意识,增强依法管理的观念,规范高校管理体制,加强对合同订立、履行等各环节的监督管理,注重法制宣传,建立健全合同备案制度,从而提高合同管理在高校管理中的运用效果,推进依法治校。Managing college according to law is a necessary requirement for the basic strategy of promoting the rule of law, and strengthening college contract management is an important part of promoting managing college ac- cording to law. Affected by the current management system of colleges and universities and other objective and sub- jective factors, there are some outstanding problems in contract management. The university and college administra- tors should establish a business sense and enhance the concept of management according to law by standardizing management system, strengthening supervision and management of the conclusion, performance and other aspects of contract. This requires focusing on legal advocacy, establishing and improving the contract filing system for better effects of contract management, and promoting the rule of law in colleges and universities.
