摘　　要：财务管理和财务服务是高校财务职能中的重要角色,本文通过阐述财务职能和分析高校财务部门应该具有的财务职能,来论证高校如何加强财务管理和财务服务以及二者的重要性,最后阐述它们两者的关系,且如何将其和谐地统一并有机地结合。In the financial function in colleges and universities, government function and service function are of great importance. This paper introduces the financial function of financial department and its obligations in colleges and universities and discusses the ways to strengthen its government function with its service function in colleges and universities. In conclusion, this paper analyzes the relation between its government function and its service function, and the approaches to achieving balance of the two functions.
