摘  要:天然气管道内壁采用覆盖层可以减小摩阻增大输量减少清管次数减少中间加压站降低压缩机功耗是一项经济效益十分显著的高新技术介绍天然气管道内涂技术的工序表面处理内喷涂作业和质量检验及应注意的问题对出川输气管道和西气东输管道工程采用内涂技术的经济效益进行了分析计算提出了相关的计算公式建议在国内包括西气东输管道工程中应用内涂技术Internal coating of gas pipelines can help reduce friction resistance, increase throughput rate, decrease pigging frequency, lower the number of compressor stations and reduce energy consumption by compressors. Therefore it is considered to be up-to-date technology of outstanding economic benefit. Detailed in this article is the procedures of internal coating technique: surface treatment, internal coating operation and quality inspection with the precautions given. Analysis is done on economic benefit by using the said technique in gas pipelines out of Sichuan Province and Gas Transmission from China’s West to the East. Relevant formulae are also given in the paper. The said technique is recommended for gas pipelines including Gas Transmission from China’s west to the east.
