芦丁对黑曲霉生长促进作用的研究

摘　　要：为探究芦丁对黑曲霉生长的促进作用.本实验采用了液体稀释法和干重法,通过测量在不同药品浓度环境下培养后的黑曲霉干重值,探究了不同浓度的芦丁对黑曲霉生长的促进效果.结果表明:当药品浓度小于14.55 mg/L时,芦丁对黑曲霉的促进效果随浓度的增大而增强,而当药品浓度超过14.55 mg/L时,促进效果随浓度的增大而减弱.芦丁对黑曲霉生长的最佳促进浓度为14.55 mg/L.To study the positive effect of Rutin on the growth of Aspergillus niger,this experiment,using the methods of liquid dilution and dryweight,explored the influence of different concentration of Rutin onAspergillus niger through measuring the value of dryweightofAspergillus nigerafterbeing incubated in differentmedicinal atmosphere.The was strongerwith the increase of concentration fo Rutin;however,when the concentration concentration of Rutin.Thuswe got theconclusion that the best concentration of positive effect of Rutin on the growth of Aspergillus niger is 14.55mg L.
