摘  要:桂林地区秋冬季高湿,因此采用南北走向、东南走向拱棚避雨栽培番茄。对普通露地栽培和避雨栽培番茄果实硬度、可溶性固形物、晚疫病病情、产量效益等比较表明,避雨栽培有助于提高提高番茄的硬度和可溶性固形物的含量,从而提高品质;能有效地减少晚疫病的发生,减少病果,提高商品果率;有助于提高产量及经济效益。Tomato culture was conducted and protected from rain under arched sheds in the north-south and southeast orientations respectively in view of the humid climate in summer and autumn in Guilin Region of Guangxi. According to the comparison of fruit hardness, soluble solids, late blight disease, yields and eftects of tomato between open field culture and protected culture, the pro- tected culture improved tomato hardness and soluble solids content, so as to improve the quality, and reduced the occurrence of late blight disease, so as to increase the percentage of qualified fruits, thus the yield and economic effect were increased.
