摘　　要：以高等职业教育应用型人才培养模式为根据,在宁夏回族自治区发展特色优势农业的良好区情下,高职设施农业技术专业的《园艺技术实训》课程教学中,应以市场需求为导向,加强师资实操技能的提升,结合企业需求提高校内基地的实训条件,运用现场示范教学,以项目为导向的技能效果考核办法,校企合作等形式,全面培养学生的实践应用操作能力,为社会提供实用的专业技能人才。At the base of application-oriented training model of higher vocational education, with a positive regional situation of developing special agriculture in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,“gardening technology training”course teaching in agricultural technology professional should be based on market demand, strengthen the practical operational skills of teachers, combine with business needs to improve school-based training conditions, use on-site demonstrations, apply project-oriented skills assessment method and cooperation between school and enterprise so as to fully develop students’practical application and operation capacity to provide practical professional skilled personnel for society.
