以十八大精神为引导 践行正确的政绩观

摘　　要：科学发展观与领导干部的政绩观息息相关。党的十八大报告对于贯彻科学发展观进行了新的部署,要求领导干部必须克服实践中错误的政绩观,树立和强化正确的政绩观。为此需要建立和完善相应的机制建设,包括健全完善的科学发展观和政绩观教育机制、科学合理的政绩考核体系、党政领导干部选拔任用机制和公共权力资源合理配置机制。The Outlook of Scientific Development is closely related to CPC leaders view of political deeds. The 18th CPC National Congress has made new arrangements in respect to the adherence of the Outlook of Scientific Development, demanding cadres of all levels to discard wrong views of political deeds and adopt a correct one. Therefore, we should establish related mechanisms, including an educational mechanism, a reasonable evaluating system, a scientific cadre-selecting mechanism and a good public power and resources allocating mechanism.
