摘  要:素质教育的关键在于塑造理想人格。孔子对理想人格的定义可概括为:一、仁者不忧,认为君子应心存仁爱,胸怀宽广;二、知者不惑,认为君子应"文质彬彬",谦虚逊让;三、勇者不惧,认为君子应坚毅勇敢,勇于进取。开展素质教育,塑造大学生的高尚人格,也应该以此为基准。The key of quality-oriented education lies in the nurturing of people's noble character. According to Confucius, a noble character should include the following aspects. First, he should be open and benevo- lent since the benevolent are worriless. Second, he should be wise, polite and modest since the wise are never confused. Finally, he should he brave, perseverant and enterprising since the brave are fearless. Since quality-oriented education aims at nurturing the college students' noble character, it should also stick to the Confueian morality and be based on these standards.
