摘  要:通过收集某炼油厂对原油卸船、输送、储存过程进行调度的方法、经验、规则及推理策略等知识 ,利用G2实时智能软件 ,开发出原油罐调度实时智能应用知识库的原型系统。针对原油罐调度过程中许多不确定因素 ,该应用知识库能利用收集的知识 ,进行实时推理 ,实时调度油驳、原油罐 ,完成油驳卸油、原油罐收油和付油等任务。同时 ,可输出原油罐信息报表 ,动态显示原油罐库存、液位、状态的变化和原油流向 ,预报油驳结束卸油时间和原油罐结束收油、付油时间 ,为调度决策提供实时的、可视化信息。Through collecting the dispatching experience and rules with reasoning strategy of the procedures in crude transportation and tank storage of a refinery, an intelligent application system has been developed on the basis of G2 development environment. Aiming at many uncertain factors in dispatching course of crude tanks, the intelligent system can use the collected knowledge for sorting oil barges ‘unloading tasks and crude tanks' inputting and outputting tasks according to their priorities, displaying dynamically each tank's inventory, level and status, reflecting graphically the crude movement, and predicting the length of time when each tank will be completed, etc. It also has the ability to solve many other uncertain factors encountered in crude tank scheduling. All these useful graphic information helps the dispatcher in making dispatching decision.
