摘  要:本文以朱集西矿这种典型的大采深、地温高、机电设备散热量大,热害程度严重的大型矿井为研究对象,提出地面两级制冷,大温差输送冷量,采用高低压换热器解决高静压的方法,解决了这类高温矿井排热困难,大采深矿井静水压大的难题,提出了采用国产设备解决大型高温矿井井下降温的设计方法。Zhujixi coal mine is a typical large mine characterized with large mining depth, high ground tem-perature, large heat dissipation from electromechanical equipment and serious heat damage. This paper takes Zhujixi coal mine as an example and puts forward ground two - stage refrigeration, large temperature difference to supply cooling as well as the adoption of high - low pressure heat exchanger to overcome high hydrostatic pressure. Those solutions solve the problem of difficult heat removal in high temperature mine and of high hy- drostatic pressure in large mining depth mine. In addition, it suggests applying domestic equipment to under-ground cooling from the point of economic benefits.
