我国排球转会市场的特征研究

摘　　要：本文通过对我国排球转会市场进行调查研究,发现我国的排球转会市场取得了较大的发展,制定了转会制度,放宽了转会的条件,转会规模有了较大幅度的提高。但同时存在着些许的不足,如转会制度尚不规范、转会方式单一、转会规模较小、转会市场缺乏统一的价格指导标准等。相关部门应该彻底开放球员转会市场,加快人才的流动,培育健康的转会市场。This paper makes profound investigation of the current situation of volleyball player transferring. The findings are as follow： the volleyball transfer market in China has made great development, formulated the trans- fer system, eased the conditions of the transferring, the scale of transferring has been dramatic increase, but there are some shortcomings, the lack of a perfectly regulated transferring market and system ; the small - scaled transferring market; the interference of pressure groups in the transferring market; the lack of a free market, etc. The authorities concerned should take timely actions to regulate and perfect the transferring system and the transferring market to ensure that we have a competitive and professional environment for the volleyball industry.
