大学生课余体育活动调查与分析——以三江学院为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以三江学院学生为研究样本,对大学生课余体育活动进行了调查与分析。结果表明:一年级的男女生从不进行体育锻炼的同学人数明显高于其它年级;满足体育人口的统计要求的学生仅占21.5%,一年级的课余时间首选项是上网消遣,其体育活动用时最长的人数排在学习、上网消遣和人际交往之后;休闲娱乐、丰富业余生活和喜欢这项运动是促使学生进行体育活动的主要原因,没兴趣和没精力是学生不愿意进行体育活动的主要原因;没有锻炼意思、场地器材费用和学习任务繁重是阻碍学生进行体育活动的主要原因。Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, taking the students from Sanjiang U- niversity as research object, this paper makes investigation on college students＇ extracurricular sports activities. The result shows that the number of male and female college students at first grade never exercise was significantly higher than other grades. Students meet the requirements of the statistics of sports population accounts for only 21. 5%, the first grade students＇ spare time preferences is surfing the Internet. Sports activities with the longest row in learning, the internet entertainment and interpersonal, the main reasons promoting students＇ sports activities are recreation ＆ entertainment, colorful life and favor of sport. No interest and energy are the main reasons for students＇ unwilling to participate sports activities. No exercise awareness and equipment cost and heavy learning tasks restrict students participating sports activities.
