大学城体育资源共享的SWOT分析——以山西大学城为例

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对山西大学城体育资源共享进行SWOT分析。山西大学城体育资源的优势具有人力资源优势和体育场馆器材优势;劣势在于其组织管理条块分割不利于资源共享的协调;机会在于对体育资源的潜在需求大;威胁在于对体育资源不恰当使用加速体育场馆器材的老化。在此基础上,提出了山西大学城体育资源共享从组织机构设置,在大学城管委会基础上设立体育资源共享机构及建立大学城体育联盟等的对策和展望。This paper, using the method of literature and logical analysis, analyzes the sports resources sharing in Shanxi University town by SWOT analysis. Sports resources in Shanxi University Town has the advantages of hu- man resources and sports venues equipment advantages; while the disadvantage is the organization and manage- ment of compartmentalization, is not conducive to the coordinated resource sharing; opportunity lies in the poten- tial demand for sports resources; the threat is the inappropriate use of aging sports resources to speed the stadium equipment. On this basis, the author puts forward setting from the organization of the sharing of sports resources in Shanxi University Town, countermeasure and prospect of the establishment of sports resources in the University Town based on sharing mechanism and the establishment of the University Sports Federation.
