摘 要:为了探索新兴体育项目教材化在普通高校体育教学中的路径及实施效果,以脚斗士项目为案例,采用实验法对武夷学院60名男生进行教学对比实验。结果显示:14周的脚斗士教材化改造教学,有效提高大学生学习脚斗士兴趣;显著增进大学生体质健康水平,特别是能有效地提高其下肢力量、有氧耐力和肺活量;明显提高脚斗士教学比赛的对抗性、观赏性、娱乐性。In order to explore the route and implementation effect by textbook of emerging sports in P. E teaching of college, this paper employed 60 male students of Wuyi University for teaching practice comparative experiment in judoes as a case study. The results showed that the 14 weeks teaching - materialization of judoes effectively in- creased learning interest of college students, significantly improved their physical health condition, especially im- proved theirs lower limbs strength, aerobic endurance and FVC. The experiment obviously improved antagonism, enjoyment and entertainment of judoes teaching competition.
