摘 要:首先讨论了海洋结构含裂纹构件的失效准则及修复构件疲劳性能的评价模型。应用概率断裂力学方法提出了一个描述海洋结构检测与维修过程的可靠性模型 ,该模型同时考虑了疲劳和断裂两种失效形式 ,并可以评价检测、维修过程对平台可靠性的影响。基于该模型 ,开发了一个描述裂纹萌生与扩展过程的可靠性数值仿真器 ,用于对服役平台的检测和维修进行优化。用该数值仿真器对一个实例进行计算的结果表明 ,对裂纹进行检测优化时 ,不计断裂失效是不合理的。The failure criteria of the cracked structural components for offshore structures and the fatigue model for repaired structural member are discussed. On the basis of probabilistic fracture mechanics method, this paper presents a new reliability model considering both inspection and repair processes. In the model, both fatigue failure and fracture failure are considered. The model can be used to evaluate the effect of inspection and repare process on reliability of structure. A digital simulator for initiation and growth of crack in a tubular joint is developed by using the new model. The simulation results of an example show that it is unreasonable without consideration of fracture failure in the process of optimization of in service inspection and repair.
