摘　　要：对多层住宅供热分户计量用户各房间的耗热量进行了分析,对边角用户多承担的耗热量的不公平现象进行了论述,提出了边角用户多余耗热量由全楼用户共同、公平分摊的方法,进行了供热分户计量房间耗热量分摊模型研究,达到了公平分摊公共部分耗热量的效果,解决了多层住宅供热分户计量公平收费的问题。The paper analzyes the heat consumption of all rooms of the household metering for multi-storey buildings, the paper indicates the un fairness in the heat consumption of corner house owners with higher consumption, indicates the mutual and fair share for the extra heat by the cor ner houses should be adopted, and has the research on the share model for the heat consumption in the household metering method, so as to have the fair share of the heat consumption and solve the fair charges of the household metering for multi-storey buildings.
