我国网瘾的发展趋势及对策分析

摘　　要：运用文献研究和专家咨询等方法,指出我国网络成瘾人员向大龄化、类型向多样化、途径向手机化发展的趋势;分析了现阶段中网络管理制度不健全、社会活动中难以实现自我价值、过于便捷的上网途径、心理素质欠缺等影响因素;提出了应当进行家庭与社会综合治疗、加强对网瘾的相关研究、规范进行心理治疗和药物治疗等建议。Through literature inquiry and expert consultation, authors pointed out the tendency of internet addiction disorder, including older age, diversified types and more phone-use-based. The influence factors, including the unsound network management system, the difficulty in self-worth achievement in social activities, the excessive accessibility of internet and the lack of Psychological quality, were analyzed. As a result, authors proposed that we should use a comprehensive treatment combining family and society, strengthen the study on internet addiction disorder, and carry on standard psychological and medical treatment.
