摘 要:目的了解深圳市社区精神卫生工作的人力资源现况,分析其存在的问题,为促进社区居民心理健康提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,在深圳市福田区79家社区健康服务中心开展调查,收集精神卫生工作人力资源基本资料,采用SPSS 10.0建立数据库并分析。结果 79家社康中心均有1名兼职精神卫生防治医生,其平均年龄为35.89岁,其中临床医学专业47人(59.49%)、护理专业17人(21.52%)、检验或药剂专业5人(6.33%)、公共卫生专业2人(2.53%);初级职称38人(48.10%)、中级职称34人(43.04%)、高职称7人(8.86%);中专4人(5.06%),大专17人(21.52%)、本科49人(62.03%)、硕士9人(11.03%)。每名社区精神卫生防治医生平均服务人口为2.39万人。社区精神卫生防治医生平均从业年限为1.66年,平均工资待遇为6.42万元/年。结论深圳市社区精神卫生服务人员以中青年为主,有较高的学历,但是精神卫生专业知识有待进一步提高。需从政策层面加强对社区精神卫生工作者的福利保障,加强人员队伍的稳定性。Objectives To learn the human resource status for mental health in community health service in Shenzhen city, and to analyze the problems and to provide evidence of solving the problems to meet the community residents' demand for mental health. Methods Collecting basic information of 79 community health service institutions applying the method of questionnaire survey, inputting data with SPSS 10.0 for the analysis. Results There was one medical personnel undertaking the work of mental health in every community health service institution. The average age of them was 35.89 years old. 59.49% of them were doctors, 21. 52% of them were nurses, 6.33% of them were druggist or medical laboratory technicians, 2.53 % of them were public health personnel. The primary, intermediate and senior professional titles accounted for 48.10%, 43. 04% and 8. 86% respectively. There were 4 technical school graduates, 17 college graduates, 49 bachelor degree graduates, and 9 postgraduates. Each medical personnel undertaking the work of mental health in community health service institution served 23 900 people. Their average working years were 1.66 years. Their average salary was 64 200 Yuan/year. Conclusions The community mental health workers are mostly young, they have high academic qualifications, but their mental health professional knowledge needs to be improved. The general mental health human resources of community health service institution in Futian district of Shenzhen city are irrational, which need more investment and development. It is necessary for the government to pay more attention to the community mental health workers, and improve their remuneration.
