盆底康复治疗围绝经期女性性唤起障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底康复治疗在改善性唤起障碍患者中的疗效,并与普通保健治疗组的临床效果进行比较。方法将159例性唤起障碍患者随机分为观察组80人和对照组79人,观察组接受盆底康复治疗,而对照组实行基本的性唤起障碍治疗方法,比较两组盆底肌力训练的效果及病人对性唤起障碍改善的满意度。结果接受盆底康复治疗的患者治疗效果及满意度明显高于对照组治疗的患者:3个月后,观察组的盆底肌力均可达到3级,观察组各项指标均优于对照组,对女性性唤起障碍改善有明显效果,而对照组平均只有1级,对女性性唤起障碍改善未见明显改善;盆底康复组合格率达到90.00%,2月后性生活满意度达76.25%,而接受一般治疗的对照组患者只有40.51%,2月后性生活满意度为44.30%。结论对性唤起障碍实行有效的盆底康复训练,不仅能提高盆底组织的肌力,而且对性唤起障碍的治疗有很大的作用,能有效促进性生活的和谐。Objectives To investigate the effect of the pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy on improving sexual arousal disorder, and to compare the clinical effect with the general treatment group. Methods 159 cases of sexual arousal disorder were randomly divided into the observation group （n= 80） and the control group （n= 79）. The observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment, while the control group received the basic sexual arousal disorder treatment. Compare the effect of pelvic floor muscle training and the satisfaction of sexual arousal disorder improvement between the two groups. Results The effect and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group： three months later, the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observed group reached to level 3, while that of the control group was only 1 level; the satisfaction rate of the pelvic floor rehabilitation group reached to 90.00 %, while it was only 40.51 % for the general treatment patients; the sexual arousal disorder of the pelvic floor rehabilitation group had significantly improved, and every index of the pelvic floor rehabilitation group was superior to general treatment group. Conclusions Pelvic floor rehabilitation training can not only improve the pelvic floor muscle, but also has significant effect on sexual arousal disorder treatment. Thus, it can effectively promote the harmonious sexual life.
