摘　　要：结合流水施工的流程优化研究成果,在分别流水施工中引入矩阵法求解施工过程在各施工段上施工的优先顺序,实践证明:在施工资源强度一定的条件下,通过矩阵法优化施工段的施工顺序,可以达到缩短施工工期、降低施工成本之目的。Combined with the construction of the pipeline process optimization studies, in the construction of water were introduced matrix method for solving the construction process in the construction segment construction on the priority. Practice has proved that the construction of water, re- spectively, in the construction of resource intensity under certain conditions, by the matrix method to optimize the construction section of the con- struction sequence, can shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost of the goal.
