摘　　要：设计通过网格化的表皮和一体化的景观来体现建筑整体形态的独特性和艺术性,使其从杂乱的城市背景中脱颖而出,达到了甲方想要的广告效应。就功能而言,住宅户型的多样性满足了不同类型人群的居住要求同时也营造出复合化的社区。在技术层面上,设计以复合界面理论为指导,通过双层表皮形式的合理设置,形成了一个有效调节气候的场域,充分体现了建筑的生态性特点。通过上述策略,设计者得到了一个常规限制条件下非常规而且合理的设计成果,并以此项目为契机对当代中国住宅设计的发展进行了有益的探讨。The design expresses its unique integral form and artistry through a grJding surface and an integral landscape, which distinguishes itself from its complex surroundings and attains the clients＇ need for advertising effect. For function usage, the diversity of house type fulfills the need of different people and creates a compounding- function community. For technical level, according to the compound surface theory, an effectiveclimate regulation is built with the rational set of the double- skin, which reflects the ecology features of the design. By all the design strategies mentioned, the designer obtains an unconventional but rational design results under a conventional realistic restrictions. Seeing the project as a chance, the designer does a valuable discussion on the current development of house design in China.
