摘　　要：目的探讨先天性复合耳廓畸形的分类与临床治疗的方法及疗效。方法根据先天性复合耳廓畸形的畸形特点将其分为5类,根据不同类型制定相应的手术矫正方案。结果 14例患者(16侧耳)术后均愈合良好,术后随访患者1个月至1年,患者均对手术效果满意。结论对先天性复合耳廓畸形进行分类并有针对性地设计手术方案,有助于诊断并取得良好的手术效果。Objective To investigate the classification of congenital complex auricular malformation, the methods and ef- fects of clinical treatment. Methods According to the deformity characters, congenital complex auricular malformation was at- tributed into 5 categories. Surgical correction plan was designed on the basis of each category. Results After 3 to 12 months fol- low-up on 14 cases（16 ears）, all cases were satisfied with the stable appearance. Conclusion The classification of congenital complex auricular malformation, which served as a basis for surgical correction plan, should be effective to diagnosis and post- operative appearance.
