缝卷软骨联合耳廓复合组织移植矫正单侧轻中度杯状耳畸形

摘　　要：目的探讨缝卷软骨瓣联合耳廓复合组织游离移植矫正单侧轻中度杯状耳畸形的疗效。方法手术分二期完成，一期于耳后上部梭形切开，将耳上部皮肤脱套并分离切开耳廓软骨，将耳后软骨向后反折缝合，形成对耳轮上脚，矫正杯状耳前倾畸形。二期将健侧耳廓上部切取楔形复合组织瓣，游离移植于患耳上部，增加患耳周径，使双耳对称。结果本组患者14例（14耳），术后随访6个月一1年，效果良好，双耳对称。结论缝卷软骨联合耳廓复合组织移植矫正单侧杯状耳畸形是矫正单侧轻中度杯状耳畸形的一种简单有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the curative effect of tumbling cartilage flap combined with auricular free composite graft flap for correction of constricted ear. Methods Operation was designed as two stages.A fusiform skin incision was de- signed on the post and superior part of the ear. Auricle cartilage flap was dissected and elevated away from the edge of the he- lix, then the cartilage flap was reflexed and sutured to form the normal upper crus of antihelix, and normal auricle shape was maintained. At the second stage, a auricular free composite graft flap harvested from the normal ear was transplanted in the cor- rected ear. Circumference of the corrected ear was enlarged and symmetry was achieved. Results All corrected auricles 14 cases （14 ears） were followed up from 6 months to 1 year and got satisfied and stable appearance. Conclusion Tumbling carti- lage combined with auricular free composite graft flap is simple and effective for correction of constricted ear.
