摘  要:针对楚 2 8断块主要含油层为Ed2 、Ed3,以伊 /蒙混合层为主 ,且伊利石、高岭石含量较高等特点 ,在油田投入开发时就采取了一系列油层保护工艺技术 :对生产井选择合理的工作制度 ,控制生产压差 ,尽量延长热洗周期 ,推广应用热化学清防蜡解堵技术、涂料油管新技术及三芯电缆加热技术 ;对注水井选择与地层水及岩石配伍的水源 ,并推广先期防膨技术。该断块实施油层保护工艺技术后 ,油井热洗周期平均延长了 2 0~ 30d ,油田稳产、增产效果显著。To the feature that the primary oil bearing formations of Chu 28 block are Ed 2,Ed 3,mostly being illite/montmorillonite commingled layers and the content of illite ,kaolin being high.A series of oil formation protecting techniques have been adopted in the oilfield development period.For the production wells,the reasonable working system has been selected,the producing pressure difference has been controlled,the hot-washing cycle has been prolonged further,and the technology of thermal chemical broken down,coating tube and three core cable heating has been spread and applied.For the injection wells,the water source being correspondence to the formation waters has been selected and the original antiswelling technique has been popularized.Having been implemented oil formation protection technology,the average hot washing period has been extended 20~30 days and the effects of static oil data and production increase has been obvious.
