摘  要:目的建立尿液中3-硝基酪氨酸(3-nitrotyrosine,3-NT)在轨检测装置和技术,为评估航天员飞行中应激状态变化提供客观依据。方法基于表面等离子体共振(SPR)原理,研制了在轨医监生化检测装置,并建立了配套的尿液预处理及3-NT检测技术,于"神舟"9号任务中进行了在轨飞行验证。结果在轨检测装置空间工作正常,3-NT检测灵敏度好、准确度高、特异性好,圆满完成飞行中尿液测试。结论建立了尿样中3-NT在轨检测技术,成功应用于空间环境。Objective To establish an on-orbit monitoring technology for 3-nitrotyrosine (3-NT) in urine sam- pies, so as to provide objective data for the assessment of the stress status of astronauts during the spaceflight. Methods A Space biochemical monitoring device (SBMD) and the corresponding 3-NT detection technology based on the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) principle were developed, and then tested and verified in SZ-9 manned space mission. Results The device worked well in space and the method showed good sensitivity, ac- curacy, and specificity. The whole system completed the detection successfully. Conclusion An on-orbit mo- nitoring technology for 3-NT in urine samples is established and applied in space firstly.
