摘　　要：为了体现宽带网络建设的完善性与先进性,综合阐述了现有卫星通信技术,通过对宽带卫星通信特点的分析,将其与光纤通信进行了对比,阐述了宽带卫星通信的必要性,设计了实际场景下的宽带卫星通信方式,并作为企业或政府的参考。In order to manifest the integrity and progressiveness of wideband network construction, the existing Wideband Satellite Communication （WSC） technologies are described. WSC and optical fiber communication are compared via analysis of the characteristics of WSC. And the necessity of WSC is elaborated. A practical wideband satellite communication system is designed as a reference for companies and government.
