摘 要:储层损害对注水效果起着重要的作用。讨论了阿南油田注入水的水敏性和速敏性损害以及由于注入水水质不合格带来的储层损害。阿南油田注入水为油田产出水,经隔油、加药、过滤等污水工艺处理后回注到地下,注入水中有几项性能严重超标:悬浮固体含量(32.6 mg/L),悬浮固体直径(56μm),含油量(70.28 mg/L),硫酸盐还原菌SRB含量(10000个/mL)。分析了注入水水质损害机理,提出了改善注入水水质的建议。同时,分析了采油井储层损害的原因,即生产压差过大造成井底流压低于饱和压力;用不合格的压井液进行施工。最后提出了降低采油井储层损害程度的建议。Formation damage is one of the important factors influencing water injection effect. This paper investigated the water sensitive and velocity sensitive damage in Anan oilfield, and formation damage caused by poor water quality injected. Using the produced water as injection water, there are several indexes don't meet the standards, e. g. , floating solids content, solids diameter, oil content, and SRB content. The damage mechanism of the injection water is analyzed and some suggestion on improving water quality is proposed based on the evaluation of water treatment. Causes of formation damage in production wells are also investigated , i.e., downhole fluid pressure less than saturation pressure caused by high production differential, poor fracturing fluid quality, etc.
