个性化干预在骨科糖尿病患者术后并发症预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科糖尿病手术患者并发症预防干预策略,降低并发症的发生率,减少住院费用,促进患者康复。方法:对2011年92例骨科糖尿病患者手术后并发症的临床资料进行整理,分析并发症发生的原因,制订个性化干预对策,使可能出现的并发症得以避免。结果:施行个性化干预以来,骨科合并糖尿病的手术患者并发症发生率及并发症治疗费用明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:运用个性化干预对骨科糖尿病手术患者进行预见性干预,可减少并发症的发生,减少医疗开支,取得了较好的临床效果。Objective： To introduce personalized intervention for the prevention of the complications in orthopaedics＇patients with diabetes meUitus. Reduce the cost of hospitalization and promote the rehabilitation of patients. Method： Arranging clinical datas of 92 orthopaedics patients with diabetic complications to ana- lyse the cause of complication , formulate the way to deal with complication and prevent complication happen- ing. Result：Ineidente＇rate of complication and the cost of hospitalization were obviously lower since the per- sonalized intervention was applied （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Personalized intervention for orthopaedics patients with diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence rate of complication ,cut down the medical expenses ,it is ef- fective in clinical work.
