头皮针经颞浅动脉采集新生儿血气分析标本成功率探讨

摘　　要：目的:为新生儿采集血气分析标本寻找快捷、成功率高的方法。方法:对57例需查血气分析的新生儿,同时使用肝素润滑过的一次性头皮针,分别经桡动脉,经颞浅动脉采集血气标本送检,对比两组采血所用时间、副反应、一针穿刺成功率及检测值差异。结果:两种采血方法血气分析检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是使用头皮针经颞浅动脉采血所用时间短,无1例发生血肿或瘀斑,成功率高,优于桡动脉组。结论:使用一次性头皮针经颞浅动脉采集血气分析标本成功率高,血肿发生率低,是为新生儿进行血气分析时的一种简便有效的采血方法。Objective： To find an effective and successful method to collected arterial blood for gas anal- ysis for newborns. Method： To get arterial blood through radial artery and superficial temporoparietal artery by the scalp heparin lubrication at the same time for 57 newborns who need this check. To compare the time of gettiing blood specimen, side effects, success rate. Result： There was no significant difference in the re- suits of getting blood specimen by both methods. （ P〉0. 05 ）, but gettiing blood speciman by superficial tem- poroparietal artery needs less time, none of them have hematoma , it have high success rate. Conclusion： Getting blood gas analysis specimen by Superficial temporoparietal artery is convenient and has high success rate. It＇ s a simple,easy,effective way to get artery blood for neonatals.
