摘  要:针对春风油田薄浅层超稠油举升热损失大的难题,研究了水平井复合采油技术,配套完善了薄浅层储层预测技术、注人参数优化技术、水平井大斜度泵、流化床燃煤锅炉高干度注汽技术。根据热化学相结合原理,在蒸汽中添加油溶性降黏剂及氮气,氮气与蒸汽在水平井段上部形成蒸汽腔室,能隔热保温驱油;氮气导热系数是上覆岩石导热系数的1%,注入的氮气可阻隔岩石吸收蒸汽中的热量;氮气与蒸汽对降黏剂产生了多重介质混合搅拌作用,进一步改善了原油流动性能,解决了井筒举升问题。在春风油田已建成产能65×10^4t/a,采油速度3.0%。In the light of the difficulty of the heat loss in the super-heavy oil lift for the thin-shallow reservoirs in Chunfeng Oilfield, the composite oil-producing technique of horizontal well is developed, and moreover the corre- sponding reservoir predicting technique, injecting parameter optimizing technique, high-angle deviated pump of the horizontal well and high-dryness steam-injecting technique of fluidized bed and coal-fired boiler are matched and perfected. According to the thermochemical principles, the oil-soluble viscosity reducer and nitrogen are added in the steam, thus the steam compartment is formed in the upper horizontal section for the nitrogen and steam, so the aims of insulating the heat and flooding the oil can be realized ; the heat-conducting parameter of the nitrogen is one percent of the upperlying rocks, the injected nitrogen can block the absorption of the heat in the steam for the rocks ; the nitrogen and steam possess mixing and stiring actions of the multiple media on the viscosity reducer, thus the fluidity of the crude oil can be further improved, finally the lift problem in the borehole can be solved. The pro- ductivity of 65×10^4t/a has been built in Chunfeng Oilfield and the production rate is 5.0%.
