摘  要:简介国外生产陶瓷电阻的制造和性能特点以及在断路器应用中的要求。重点介绍通过对其电压系数与电阻率关系曲线进行公式拟合后,用VB6软件进行编程计算目前中国使用的两种550 kV用陶瓷电阻温升、阻值变化、散热时间常数、反相电压安全系数等参数,并初步进行了对比分析。其可作为新型断路器合闸电阻设计的参考。The production of ceramic resistors in foreign countries is introduced. The characteristics of the resistors and the requirements for their application to circuit breaker are discussed. The curve of the voltage coefficient versus the resistivity of the resistor is fitted with a formula. A program is coded with the software VB6 to calculate the parameters of two 550 kV ceramic resistors made in China, such as the temperature rise, the resistance variation, the constent of cooling time, and the safety coefficient of reverse voltage, and preliminary comparative analysis is performed. This study may provide a reference to the design of closing resistor of new circuit breakers.
