摘 要:叶片泵的转子上开有叶片槽,长时间在极限载荷工况下往往会因为强度不够而导致断裂,影响整个系统的正常运行。根据叶片泵工作时出油腔存在周期性压力波动的特性,运用ADAMS软件计算出在出油腔压力波动情况下的轴和转子之间的接触力,从结果提取接触力中的瞬时冲击力,将其换算成扭矩,作为有限元求解的边界条件,加载在轴和转子的接触面上,用ABAQUSE求解器进行分析求解。文章给出了在传动扭矩作用下转子强度的分析方法,通过该方法分析得到的结果能够真实反应转子的受力情况,具有较高的工程应用价值。A vane pump with a blade groove on rotor easily cracks because of having not enough strength under ultimate load conditions for long time, which would affect the normal operation of the pump. According to the periodic pressure fluctuation characteristics in outlet of pump when pump works, the contact force between shaft and rotor is calculated by using the ADAMS software under pressure fluctuation conditions, and then from the result gets the instantaneous wallop and calculates it into torque, as the boundary conditions of the finite element model, loading in the contact surface of rotor and shaft in the model, and then analyzing ABAQUSE solver. It pretenses a method of analysis of rotor strength under the torque loaded in the contact surface of rotor and shaft, and then the stress state of the rotor can be truly reacted by this way; it has good engineering application value.
