摘 要:折流板管壳换热器运行中换热管振动的频繁发生,显示出换热管振动问题的研究重视不够,使得换热管振动相关因素的系统分析很有必要。针对折流板管壳换热器运行中换热管振动的教训和经验,系统分析了折流板管壳换热器运行中换热管振动的的壳程流体因素、导流结构因素、换热管选材因素、换热管本身结构的因素、换热管支撑结构的因素、与管板有关的因素。结果有利于折流板管壳换热器的设计、制造和维护人员从源头上控制换热管的振动。Frequent vibration of heat exchanger tube for baffle plate shell and tube heat exchanger in service, show the research of pipe vibration problem of the heat exchange tube having not been paid enough attention, which makes the system analysis of related factors of vibration of heat exchange tubes necessary. According to the lesson and experience of heat pipe vibration in operation for tube heat exchanger by baffle shell, the shell-side fluid factor, diversion structure factors, heat pipe selection factars, heat exchange tube itself, the structure factor heat pipe support structure factors, and factors related to the tube plate were systematic analyzed, which were advantageous to control heat exchanger tube vibration for design, manufacture and maintenance personnel.
