摘 要:数控机床是先进制造技术的基础装备,其技术水平是衡量一个国家工业现代化的重要标志。经过努力我国数控机床的整体水平进步很大,但在可靠性方面与国外差距依然明显。数控磨床作为数控机床中的重要一类,提高其可靠性越来越迫切。将基于模糊理论的PC-FMECA分析方法应用到数控磨床设计中,不仅有利于提高数控磨床可靠性,同时考虑了企业为修复这些故障需要付出的代价。简单介绍了基于模糊理论的PC-FMECA分析方法,对某第二机床厂MKS1320数控外圆磨床液压系统进行分析计算,最终得到MKS1320数控磨床液压系统合理的维修策略,方便企业做进一步的决策。CNC machine tool is the fundamental equipment of advanced manufacturing technology. And its technical level is an important symbol to measure industrial modernization of a country. After efforts, the overall level of CNC machine tool has made great progress in our country, but reliability also exists gap between our country and foreign countries. CNC grinding machine is the important kind of CNC machine tools, and improving its reliability becomes more and more urgent. The method based on PC-FMECA analysis of theory fuzzy is applied to the CNC grinding machine desigru It not only helps to improve the reliability of CNC grinding machine but also takes the price that enterprises pay to repair the fault into consideration. It introduces briefly the PC-FMECA analysis method based on the fuzzy theory. Hydraulic system ofMKS1320 CNC cylindrical grinder from Beier machine tool works cooperation is analyzed to obtain reasonable maintenance strategy. Thus it can provide further decision for the enterprise.
