摘 要:以某立式加工中心床身为研究对象,对床身结构动态特性进行了研究。运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行了模态分析,得出床身结构的前8阶模态频率及振型,在此基础上对其进行了谐响应分析,得到床身结构受外界激振力作用下的幅值频率响应曲线。结果表明:床身结构的各阶固有频率均大于机床的工作频率,激振力频率与床身结构的1、4阶固有频率接近时,床身容易发生共振。该床身结构具有较好的动态特性,验证了床身结构设计的合理性,为床身结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。Taking the bed structure of vertical machining center as the research object, its dynamic characteristics were studied. The modal analysis of bed structure was performed applying Ansys software, and the first eight natural frequencies and mode shapes of bed structure were given, and the displacement and frequency response curves were obtained by analyzing the harmonic response of bed structure. The results show that natural frequencies of the bed structure are higher than working frequency, and the first and forth natural frequencies would be aroused easily. The bed structure has better dynamic characteristics, and the result verifies the rationality of the bed structure scheme, which provide theoretical basis for design optimization of the bed structure.
