摘  要:螺栓联接结构接触半径的确定对接触面应力分析及接触面密封特性研究具有实际意义。采用有限元法,计算了螺栓预紧力、联接件的材料与厚度比等因素对接触半径的影响,通过与实验结果对比分析,验证了所用有限元方法计算接触半径的正确性和准确性。研究表明:在联接件材料的弹性极限范围内,当联接件的材料、厚度比相同时,接触半径随着螺栓预紧力的增加而减小;在相同预紧力下,当联接件的厚度相同时,接触半径随着材料弹性模量、泊松比的增加而增大,且大于相同条件下联接件厚度不同时的接触半径;当联接件的材料相同时,接触半径随着联接件厚度的增加而增大。It's practically significant for the definition of the contact radius about the bolted joint structure to the analysis of contact stress and study of surface sealing characteristics. The finite element method is used to analyze the influence of bolt pretension, material of joint pieces and thickness ratio to the contact radius, which method is verified to be correct and accurate when compared with the experiments results. It is found that within the limit of the elastic modulus, when the material of joint pieces and thickness ratio are defined, the contact radius'are reduced with the increase of the bolt pretension. When the thickness ratio of joint pieces is defined, the contact radius increases with the increase of elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio under fixed bolt pretemion, and it is bigger than that of different thickness under same conditions. When the materials of joint pieces are alike, the contact radius increases with the increase of the thickness ratio of the coupling pieces.
