摘 要:为了快速响应夹具设计的功能要求,实现夹具方案设计的智能化选择,以夹具构成要素和配合特征位置为研究对象,提出了基于多色集合理论和多色图模型的夹具设计方法,利用元素、统一颜色以及功能体等概念模拟夹具结构元素和功能部件,以此来建立用户需求与夹具结构要素之间的映射关系。同时,利用多色集合理论元素与统一颜色、功能体之间的关系建立相应的围道布尔矩阵,通过搜索获得夹具设计方案集合。最后,用实例验证了此方法的简便有效和正确性。In order to respond to fxture design in time, and realize the scheme intelligent select, the elements of product and their assembly relationship has been regarded as a certain research objeca A method for fixture design, which is based on the polychromatic sets theory and polychromatic graph, is put forward. Elements, unified color and function body were applied to imitate the elements of fixture structure and function parts, and establish the mapping relationship between the elements of fxture structure and customers' requirements, then building the contour boolean matrix. According to the relationship among elements, unified colorandfunction body and the fxture design schemes sets can be obtained by searching the contour Boolean matrix. Finally, experiment results showed that the proposed modeling method was convenient, effective, and correct.
