不锈钢外壳温挤压模具的可靠性分析方法研究

摘  要:研究温挤模具预应力下其材料参数及几何参数对其工作性能的影响,提出了不锈钢外壳温挤时模具的可靠性仿真分析方法。在基于Deform对不锈钢外壳温挤成形模拟基础上,用VC编写程序提取模具应力分析结果及温度场分析结果,进而在ANSYS中建立模具的热力耦合的有限元分析模型,此外,基于概率有限元方法中的蒙特卡罗扩展法分析结果,凹模侧壁变形对凹模底部厚度最为敏感,而对模具材料的弹性模量最为不敏感,应用该方法为模具的可靠性分析提供了方法和依据。The influence of die material parameters and geometry parameters to the performance of reliability of warm extrusion dies with pre-stress was studied, and its reliability simulation analysis method was proposed. Based on the warm extrusion forming simulation of the stainless steel shell in Deform, the analysis results of the stress and temperature in Deform was extracted with the program compiled with VC so as to establish the thermal couplingfinite element analysis model of the die in ANSYS. Moreover, based on the results of the probability extension of the Monte Carlo method, research results show that the die wall deformation is the most sensitive to its bottom thickness and the most insensitive to its elastic modulus. The method and basis are supported for the reliability analysis of the dies.
