摘 要:为研究纬编割圈绒织物的热湿舒适性,以吸湿快干型涤纶低弹网络丝为原料,试织了11种不同规格的割圈绒产品。采用实验方法考察了全毛长、底纱送纱量、底纱规格等参数对割圈绒织物热湿舒适性的影响。利用回归分析,得出各结构参数与透气量、芯吸高度、保温率等指标的关系。结果表明:全毛长、底纱送纱量、底纱规格等结构参数均影响割圈绒织物的热湿舒适性,其中全毛长是影响织物透气性、保温性的高度显著性因素。全毛长与透气量和克罗值分别呈负相关和正相关关系,底纱送纱量与透湿量呈正相关关系,其相关系数为0.997 3。In order to study the thermal-moisture comfort of fabric, 1l kinds specifications of cut pile fabrics were knitted using moisture absorbent and dry fast, low-elastic interlaced polyester yarn. The effect of the wool length, under-yarn feeding amount and linear density, etc. on the thermal-moisture comfort propertie was investigated by experiment method. The relationship between structure parameters and fabric permeability quantity, wicking height, warmth retention rate was found through the regression analysis. The results show that the structural parameters of wool length, under-yarn feeding amount and linear density have significant influence on the thermal-moisture comfort of the cut pile fabric. The wool length was significant influence on permeability and thermal insulation. There were negative and positive correlation between wool length of cut pile fabric and air permeability and clo value, respectively. The under-yarn feeding amount has a positive correlation with moisture permeability and its correlation coefficient was 0. 997 3.
