摘 要:因织物的表面磁场通过经穴等能发挥功效,使磁性织物对人体的保健功效逐渐受到重视,为此,对织物磁性的测量方法及结果表述方式进行探讨。应用高精度特斯拉计对磁性织物试样进行表面磁感应强度测量,并对织物表面磁感应强度分布进行可视化处理。另外对磁性织物受洗涤及摩擦等因素反复作用后表面磁性能变化的特性进行实验研究。结果表明:随着洗涤次数的增加,织物表面磁感应强度呈先增大后减小的趋势;一般织物在洗涤15次左右基本丧失磁性;织物中磁性纤维含量是影响织物表面磁性耐久性的关键因素之一。Since magnetic field on fabric surface acts on the meridian and vital points of the human body and realizes health care through regulating body functions, people pay more attention to the health care function of the magnetic fabric. This paper discussed the methods of measurement of the magnetism of magnetic fabrics and the description of the results. The magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric sample was measured by the special instrument of high-precision Tesla measurement, and the distribution of the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric was presented by visualization. The experiments were conducted to investigate the change of characteristics of the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric sample after repeated washing and rubbing of the sample. The results showed that the magnetic flux density on the surface of magnetic fabric trends to increase first and then decrease. Generally, fabric loses its magnetic after washing 15 times or so. The key factor influencing the durability of the magnetism on the surface of magnetic fabric is the content of magnetic fiber in the fabric.
